We’re in the business of helping driven, dedicated people change the world one town at a time. You know what your neighbors need much better than we do, so we focus on your vision and give you the support you need to create the change you’d like to see in your community.

We know that the wider we cast our net, the more easily we’ll be able to gather resources and effect change. That’s why Everyone Can Help is an inclusive organization. We work with individuals, groups, nonprofits and charities from all backgrounds, cultures and belief systems, and we’re always looking to expand our network of giving.

As our community grows, we’ll be sharing information on all of our partner charities. Check back often to read about the amazing work being done by Florida charity groups and nonprofits across the country. We’ll also highlight the challenges each of our charity partners face (as well as how they’re overcoming them), and we’ll tell you which groups are hoping to find volunteers or receive donations.

What kinds of projects and causes do we support? Here are a few examples:

Building playgrounds for children who need a safe place to play
Helping citizens donate books and toys to daycare centers
Planting a community garden
Cleaning up a neighborhood park
Organizing a 5k to raise money for a local animal shelter

This past summer two young EOCH Employees took some of their own time to create a donation campaign on the website Indigogo to help to raise money for our local shelter SFAR ( St. Francis Animal Rescue )

St. Francis Animal Rescue (SFAR) was founded in 1992 when a group of women banded together to feed & spay/neuter a colony of feral cats living at the North Jetty in Nokomis, Florida. The women recognized there was a need to help stray, homeless & abandoned cats in the community. In 1993, SFAR became a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.  they are located at

 

CHARITY DONATION PICK UP LIST

Every week we have items available for pick up for the charities that join our network.  You can sign up at our Website at

www.everyonecanhelp.org.  We send out a weekly email to advise the items we have a available Each new organization must provide us with a copy of your 501C3 status.  Last week we had pick ups from:  

Project Phoenix –  The Salvation Army – Charlotte County Homeless Shelter – Church of Macedonia – H.E.L.P. Charlotte County.

Wildlife Center of Venice joins our donation network

We are please to announce the addition of the Wildlife Center of Venice to our Charities network.

Last week we were pleased to meet Kevin Barton and to donate some much needed supplies to the center.

This 501C3 organization does great work to help our injured wildlife community.

United Way -Quarterly Meeting 2014

It was a great pleasure meeting some new faces at the United way meeting.  One of the issues we discussed is connecting local Charities to each other.  We have created a Facebook group for our local charities to join at www.facebook.com/every1canhelp .Our goal is for our local charities to be be able to reach out to each other for items they need and to advise others of items offered to them that they themselves can not utilize.  If you are a South West Florida Charity please join our Facebook group. We have sent invitations to all who attended. As this grows we will create different groups for charities in other areas
